Obama has issued that he will spend $8 billon dollars on high speed rail in the US, about 31 states are going to develop high speed rail, is this the best way to go upon a new CHANGE? Many say this is expensive and will not save energy.

Gardina Highschool Shooting
This morning a student brought a gun on campus, according to the article classmates of the students say that he brought the gun for protection after being in a fight outside of school, and feared for his safety.
